That “Know God” piece is all about learning more and growing in our faith. Learning Groups are one of the tools we offer to help us go deeper beyond a weekend service. These will be designed to tackle some specific topics, tough questions we face in our faith, and educate in Biblical foundations.

These will be held at our Hagerstown Campus, in person, at 11 AM (Room C5, ask a leader at Next Steps if you're unsure where to go) on the Sundays listed below.

These are the Learning Groups we are planning to offer this year:

Foundations of Faith (6 weeks)
September 17 - October 22
Learning how to define “faith” is an essential step in our spiritual journey. In this course, we will define the foundations of faith in a personal way, and in the broader context of Christianity. This is an entry-level learning group - applicable to anyone on any level of spiritual development. 

The Simple Gospel (4 weeks)
October 29 - November 19
What does the word "Gospel" mean? The first four books of the Bible's New Testament? The story of the life of Jesus? Truth?
In this group, we will learn what the Gospel is and how it applies to a believer's life. We will look at the importance of knowing the Gospel for yourself, responding to it, and sharing it with others.
